What is the shipping timeframe for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for 1-2 day delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.
Can I return equipment or apparel if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like water bottles and undergarments are final sale.
What payment methods do you accept?

Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Cult Store performance equipment and footwear come with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty against defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use.
